How to Enter:
PRIMARY ENTRY: During the Sweepstakes Period:
(1) Complete the online entry form on the Sweepstakes registration page at cb2.com/Novo (the “CB2 Page”) and sign up for email messages from cb2.com or cb2.com/Canada/; or
(2) Complete the online entry form on the Sweepstakes registration page at Facebook.com/CB2 (the “Facebook Page”) and sign up for email messages from cb2.com or cb2.com/Canada/; or
(3) At a CB2 store, access a designated entry terminal and complete the online entry form on the CB2 Page and sign up for email messages from cb2.com or cb2.com/Canada/. The entry form may also be accessed within a CB2 store by using an internet-enabled “smart phone” or similar device to scan a Sweepstakes QR code posted within the store (standard Internet data usage charges may apply). Ask any CB2 store associate if you require assistance registering at a CB2 store.
Additional Daily Entries: Entrants may also receive up to five (5) additional entries per day by referring friends through the refer-a-friend links available on the CB2 Page or the Facebook Page. The referred friend will receive an email inviting them to register for the Sweepstakes, but will not receive other CB2 marketing communications unless the referred friend either enters the Sweepstakes or otherwise opts in to receive such messages. A referred friend may enter the Sweepstakes by either (1) clicking through the refer-a-friend email associated with the respective entrant and supplying a unique email address, or (2) responding to a referral request received from Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Facebook App and supplying a unique email address. Each entrant may refer up to five (5) different friends per day regardless of referral method. Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry each time a referred friend successfully enters the Sweepstakes through the refer-a-friend email or Facebook App request during the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries per day.
