Yes, I probably just showed my age with the title of this post....oh well life goes on. I know this is old news in the blog world (announced in Feb) but just in case anyone missed it, Bob and Cortney Novogratz are teaming up with CB2 on a furniture and accessory line due to hit stores this fall. I am a huge Novogratz fan that started with their book Downtown Chic. If you don't have it, buy it here. I have since followed them through their various TV series with BRAVO (9 By Design) and now HGTV (Home By Novogratz). Apparently one of the items they will be creating with CB2 is the "FAMILY" rug which they have used in several spaces.

I have written several posts about my trip to NYC last April (1st Dibs NYC and Eye Candy). This was a trip packed full of memorable events including some slight stalker behavior by yours truly. The Novogratz amazing house at 400 West Street was very close to where we were staying so I made my husband take my picture in front of the faux wood panels created by British Pop artist Richard Woods. The house is currently for sale for a mere 17.45 million if anyone has that in their back pocket.

Outdoor Action!

This weekend, I bit the bullet and ordered an outdoor table. I purchased the Jardine expandable table from West Elm. It can seat up to 10 people so I'm thinking this is exactly what I need for entertaining.

Outdoor Snoozefest

Why is it so hard to find cool, modern outdoor furniture in big box stores like Lowes, Home Depot or Target where you can see it, touch it, sit in it, etc.....? Instead, you can only find the cool stuff online. I can find Tuscan/French Country wrought iron sets that make me want to throw-up all day long. I mean seriously people! Can't someone think outside the box for just a minute?

I guess Nashville is lucky enough to have a West Elm so not all is lost but we really need a CB2, DWR, Room and Board, Crate and Barrel....any of those will do. Obviously, I'm having a moment.


I really, really, really want this table....I mean I think I do. I can only see it online and not in a store!!

Gogo Style Goes Live

My wonderful friend and very talented photographer, Callie Tinney, assisted me with capturing a brief but accurate reflection of Gogo Style which can now be seen on the "Gogo Style" page.
