Bombshell Boudoir Part 2

If you remember a few posts back, my muse for my bedroom is Brigitte Bardo and a muted pink, grey color palette with hits of gold and black. Very sexy and modern glam.

Part 2 of this post focuses on a sitting area that is part of our bedroom. This area will feature a sofa, lucite coffee table, flokati rug, dresser/credenza and lighting.

I purchased a similar 1960s Baker down-filled sofa recently at an estate sale. It was in the "no-no room" so basically had never been used and was in prestine condition. The fabric is a pale ballet slipper silk damask.

My dresser/credenza is very similar with an Asian vibe. I purchased mine from a wonderful store in Birmingham, AL called Soho Retro.

Once again, my estate sale adventures paid off. I purchased a 1970s Lucite coffee table in near mint condition.

A Flokati rug always warms and softens a space.

I want to use harder more industrial style lighting to counter balance all the glam. There is a fine line between Grandma and Glam........no offense Grandma.
